I can't watch this 'cause I'm at work, but I will. I'm taking a class on the effectiveness of foreign aid and reading two books on it, and it's an extremely challenging and sometimes emotional issue. No easy answers.
good! I'm glad you're looking into it. I just bought the book "The Road to Hell" as it is a perspective that definitely needs to be taken into account.
