Refreshing Run

I finally found my Renton running place. I had tried to find it two other times before but blasted Boeing always defeated me and I couldn't figure out how to get around it! But today I finally found it!



After my weights class I ran along the waterfront pictured here (ignore the silly red line). During my run I overhead a teenage boy totally evangelizing a peer, was yelled at that I should play volleyball, and had a short conversation with an awesome old man right before he totally passed me. He was in good shape that one! Or I am just in really bad shape.

But as always, my favorite part is after the run when I have my conversation with God alongside the water, this time out on a pier as I stretched.

Not bad.
