Me and JulietteThe Hotel Washington Sky Terrace (click here to check it out) offers very cool views. It is about as close to the White House as you can get. We counted two snipers on the roof of the White House. A little pricey for the unpaid intern. But since we are all pretty much poor there was no shame in splitting the cheapest things offered on the menu!
